If you would like to schedule an individual session, inquire about attending a workshop, or have any questions, please feel free to email me at barijb@gmail.com, or call the office at North Country Counseling, 518-654-2398.  This number is a land line;  has voicemail and you may safely leave me a confidential message that will be retrieved only by me. While I do respond to emails for scheduling purposes, please remember that internet and text communications are not confidential. 

If you are on your way here to a scheduled meeting and are running late, got caught in traffic, or think you may have made a wrong turn, call the office number 518-654-2398 and I will be available to answer just in case.  If we are meeting at the barn or on the land, please call 518-796-5214 if you will be delayed for any reason. Your cooperation is appreciated.

The telephone number for phone sessions is 518-654-7361.  Please do not leave a message at this number. When not in use for telephone consultations, this is a dedicated FAX line.
